Ingredients:
1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick softened butter
1¼ tsp of vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Let cream cheese and butter sit and soften to room temperature for about an hour. Cream them together with a fork. Then, mix in egg and vanilla. Slowly add cake mix. You may to need to knead with hands. Very sticky and messy! Refrigerate overnight or a minimum 4 hours. Make into ping-pong size balls, roll in powdered sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes.
