Cherry Berry Cobbler
1/3 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups Hy-Vee Reduced Fat Baking Mix
1/2 cup milk
1 16 oz pkg. Hy-Vee Frozen Cherry Berry Blend Fruit

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 11 X 7 inch pan with cooking spray. Mix with electric mixer 1/3 cup of margarine, ¾ cup sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add Hy-Vee Reduced Fat Baking Mix and milk; mix well.
Spread mixture in pan. Top with frozen fruit. Mix ½ cup sugar, ½ cup flour, and ½ tsp. Cinnamon, cut in ¼ cup margarine until crumbly; sprinkle over fruit.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm with ice cream.
