4 potatoes, sliced
In a skillet over medium heat, add sliced potatoes to oil, cover. Use a spatula to flip so the potatoes don't brown. When the potatoes are soft, add diced SPAM, sliced onion and sliced red pepper. Turn to medium high so the potatoes and SPAM begin to brown, flipping often. When browned to satisfaction, serve immediately. (You'll need a large glass of water to drink due to the high concentration of sodium in the SPAM.) Improvise as you desire. |
