Oven Kebabs


Ingredients
2 pounds lean beef, diced 1 1/2 inches
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic power
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. corriander
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salad herbs
1/4 pound large mushrooms
1 onion
3 small firm tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
Salt
Pepper
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions
Place beef cubs in well blended marinade of vinegar, oil, hers and spices. Store in refrigerator for 10 hours, turning occasionally. (I used a ziploc bag and shook it every 2 or 3 hours)
Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut mushrooms in thick slices. Slice onion, tomatoes and peppers into hunks for the skewers.
Loosely string alternate pieces of pepper, onion, meat, mushroom and tomato on skewers. Brush with marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in large baking dish and cover with tomato sauce and remaining marinade. Bake uncovered for an hour, turning and asting every 15 minutes.
